Combloux is a charming village and over the last twenty years benefits from a strong identity being south facing and dominated by the largest mountains in the French Alps, with of course a full view of the mighty Mont-Blanc! These are the reasons that lovers of these mountains often choose to go there rather than to the more famous nearby Mégève at 4 kms.

Combloux, with its unique atmosphere, combines the beauty of a traditional village with a real historical heritage and the characteristics of a summer / winter mountain resort.

With its bustling village centre, offering a large selection of shops and events throughout the year, Combloux has two sides:

Calm and nature on the one side with the «Les Portes du Mont-Blanc» ski resorts, Mégève, Combloux, La Giettaz, winding their way through the pines from below the tree level up to the summits, with paths and circuits throughout the year, and on the other side,
Luxury and elegance with select clientele, magnificent mountain chalets, and the proximity to Mégève whose reputation speaks for itself.

Buying an apartment at «Pure Mont-Blanc» means benefitting from an ideal situation as an owner of a mountain home without the inconveniences of a secondary home. In the event, you can benefit from a purchase without VAT as the apartment is fully furnished and available for self-catering rental if you wish to do so, and that way you can claim back the VAT and have a revenue when you are not staying there. The management company leaves the apartment in the same way as you left it, fully cleaned and beds made with clean linen.
